DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The DIVE-IN project was an international PDA developed under the Erasmus program, aimed at strengthening the skills and knowledge of youth workers in the field of creativity and innovation. During the training, participants had the opportunity to explore the concept of creativity and innovation, understanding its relevance in working with young people and its implications for personal and social development, including in the digital world. Theories and models of creativity were discussed, along with case studies that demonstrated their practical application in different contexts. Participants engaged in interactive and hands-on activities designed to develop creative skills and learn techniques to stimulate innovation. Approaches such as divergent thinking, design thinking, gamification, and storytelling, among others, were explored and applied in projects and activities with young people.

Additionally, the training fostered a collaborative learning environment, bringing together youth workers from various countries. Moments of sharing experiences, discussions, and joint reflections were promoted, allowing participants to expand their network of contacts and enhance their professional practice through knowledge exchange. By the end of the training, youth workers were better prepared to apply creative and innovative approaches in their daily work, while promoting inclusion and embracing diversity in their projects and activities. DIVE-IN was a unique opportunity for professionals in the field to broaden their horizons, acquire new tools, and become agents of change in their communities, driving creativity and innovation as key forces for development and social transformation.
