First day Daily report Armenia
The day started with breakfast, sunshine, and a nice walk to our activity spot: great vibes already!
We began with name games, getting to know each other learning some facts about each other. Then came speed dating—but instead of romance, we had deep, meaningful, and totally random conversations. A perfect icebreaker!
Next up: the human knot challenge— a bunch of confused people holding random hands, trying to untangle themselves causing total chaos. It took teamwork, patience, and some accidental hand-holding, and even though we failed to solve it within the given time, it definitely made us feel more comfortable working together.
Before lunch, we took on the legendary Marshmallow Challenge—building the tallest structure with spaghetti, tape, and a marshmallow on top. It was really fun.
After a well-deserved lunch and a power recharge, the Italians brought the energy with a very fun energizer (probably powered by espresso). Then came our Mission Impossible challenge, which—plot twist—was actually very possible! We worked like a dream team, making songs, creating dances, taking fun photo challenges and getting to know each other even better.
To end the day, we split into teams to design our ideal world. Some went for utopias, some took philosophical approach, and some just developed a cat domination plan…
All in all, an epic first day—lots of laughs, teamwork, and already good memories!

Second day Daily report Cyprus
Today it was cyprus' turn to start with the morning energizer. We decided to do an activity including music therapy, everyone was given instruments (party noise blowouts) and papers with different topics and they had to use them for communication without using words. At the end everyone had to explain whether or not they understood each other, what the situation was and how they solved the problem.
Afterwards we introduced ourselves again with two name games made by the Armenia team, to get to know the new members of our group, the Turkish team.
Later on, the next activity was the creation of each other's portrait, which was an entertaining and funny activity because all of us had to exchange papers when there was music playing and once the music stopped we had to start drawing one facial feature of the person's paper that we were holding. Then we put all the portraits on the walls and we attached an envelope to each portrait so if anyone wants to put a surprise to somebody else they can feel free to do it.
After the break we did the story telling activity. We were given two different papers, one including the topic of a story while the other one had the way we should represent the story. We all did a great job! Some of us made small plays while others wrote a poem based on their topic.
Up next was our tasty lunch!
The second part of the day started with an energizer from the Portuguese team, a game where everyone had to stand up and exchange chairs with people who share similar interests with what the person standing in the middle was saying. The person in the middle was saying something that they find interesting and If we had common interests we had to stand up from our seats and hurry to find another one before the others so we wouldn't be stuck in the middle. This exercise helped us get to know more things about each other's preferences.
Following that, the facilitators stuck a paper on our foreheads with a shape drawn on them and they told us to find the group that we fit in based on our shape without using words. It was a very challenging activity, because we all have our own perspective on how we should have been divided. Everyone tried to divide us based on their perspective while others disagreed. After a long time we ended up together as one group because we couldn't decide who was correct and who was wrong. This led us to the conclusion that there are many different perspectives and opinions on all kinds of topics throughout our lives and that most of the time there is not only one correct answer but many.
The next activity was the highlight of the day! It was called three monkeys, basically we were separated into groups of three, one was blindfolded, the other couldn't hear and the other couldn't speak. We had to figure out a way to communicate with each other and work as a team to create a traveling plan to a country of our interest, what we would bring with us and how long we were planning to stay there. Everyone's plans were different and we all enjoyed the process of trying to understand each other.
Moreover, we've done an emotional and challenging game for some, it's called "take a step forward". Everyone was given a paper that was referring to another's person's life, starting from the wealthiest to the lowest situations. The facilitators were telling us a sentence and if the person that you got could accomplish it you have to take a step forward. It was very touching watching the wealthy ones looking back at the ones that dont have the opportunity to take a step forward.
In addition to everything, we had to collaborate with each other to create a creative, storytelling newspaper based on a topic that we were given. First, we started drawing our newspaper based on our subject and after that our papers were switched and we had to guess what their theme was and add a touch of our own. This drew attention to the misinformation that our world is suffering from these days,to not be so attached to temporary situations and things you can not control.
At the end of the day we had the intercultural night of Armenia and Turkey! We watched some videos about their countries and we played a Kahoot game with the Armenia team. Lastly , we enjoyed some of their delicious and traditional foods and drinks!

Third day Daily report Italy
The day started with breakfast and then we met the other participants at the library to start the activities and we took a great picture all together with our flags.
Soon after we started from an energizer proposed by the Portuguese team about our favourite film. So we got ready to begin the first activity called Evil guide to ruin everything. Unexpected but totally challenging! We had never played an activity in which we had to ruin a situation but luckily we also found the solutions. We learned the importance of teamwork, compromise and problem solving. Then came the Baby eggs activity which was very funny, involving and educational. Not all the eggs survived, what a pity! Poor Anastasja! :( This taught us that mistakes are part of the learning process. "Practice makes perfect!"
After lunch we had another energizer very close to our culture because it was about making a pizza but pretending that the person on our right was the pizza! Then we started the Collaborative mind mapping workshop about Europe. We learned that organizing our daily activities can help to be more efficient. At this point we needed another energizer proposed by the Armenian team: Rock, paper, scissors. Now, full of energy we had the last engaging activity called Shark tank. A business pitching competition that offers a thrilling experience for the participants. It encourages creativity, critical thinking and business acumen. It was the funniest part of the day! The winner was Gas wings!
After dinner we decided to turn the intercultural night into a cross cultural one together with the Cyprus team. We learned about Cyprus traditions and festivals and we taught the Italian gestures meaning and some italian words through a dance called Gioca Jouer. Then we ended up dancing and singing after drinking Mandarìa and Limoncello!
It was an amazing day!

Fifth day Daily report Türkiye
The day started with a great breakfast and we were all a little tired but very happy to discover Porto city center and had many remarkable experiences about the culture, history and traditional taste of Portugal the day before.
Soon after we started from an energizer proposed by the Turkish team to get ready for the rest of the day. After energizer, our first activity was not 'Game', It was about Gamification which is multifaceted, offering innovative ways to engage and empower young people while addressing some key developmental goals;
Exchange engagement
Support teamwork & communication
Include behavioral change with positive reinforcement.
After coffee break, our second session is about identities which provided all the participants to explore new aspects through that session. We all reflected on our personal and cultural identity, understood how to encourage intercultural dialogue and understanding and strengthen connections among us and for our working fields. '' Our identity is like a river—it flows, changes, and grows with every new experience."
After finished that activity, we went to very nice restaurant which is the part of Erasmus and we were all hosted here in a most kind way with all great Portuguese traditional foods.
We met with all stakeholders at the library for afternoon sessions of our project. Continuing where we left off, we started to work on the rest part of Identity & Stereotypes which was I am….. & I am not…… Each participants writo about I am…… and I am not…… that described their Stereotypes (personal, cultural, or national) on a sticky note. They sticked their notes on a board and briefly introduced their choices.
Our great facilitators highlighted commonalities and differences among the group. The whole group got really enjoyed while implementing that activity. After we had all done, we had coffee break.
Soon after the coffee break, we got the last activity of the day which was related to 'Innovation', We were all divided into four groups and for each group was given a topic which included four questions about Innovation in Youth Work. Each group made an investigation first, then found solutions and reflected their ideas to the whole group. We all got new fruitful ideas about Innovation plays a crucial role in youth work, helping to engage, support, and empower young people in meaningful and impactful ways. As society evolves, so do the needs, interests, and challenges of young people. Adapting to these changes through innovative approaches ensures that youth work remains relevant, effective, and inspiring.
We ended the days with ''Quote of the day'' ; 'You don't have to create something from scratch, you can pick something that exists and make - evolve it better'

Seventh day Daily report Portugal
Last day of the project.
The aim of this day was to summarize and reflect on everything we had done during the week and, at the same time, to prepare for the dissemination of the project and talk about YouthPass.
We started the day with an energizer, as usual, before beginning the first activity of the day.
For the first activity, we were divided into working groups of 3-4 people and given a scenario. Our aim, as a group, was to create as many problems as possible so that the scenario on the paper would be difficult to execute. A few minutes later, when we had the problems defined, we were asked to develop solutions to the problems we had just created. The activity ended with a period of reflection. During this time, we discussed various topics such as whether it had been easier to solve or invent the problems, whether we thought all the problems had a solution, what our working process was, among others. This activity helped us to develop various skills such as our creativity, working under pressure, problem-solving, etc…
After the morning break, we did an activity to find out what the YouthPass competencies were. After dividing into groups of 3, we received a bulletin with the 8 competences and our objective was to walk around the activity room and find papers scattered around the room. Each of the papers was titled with a competency and a challenge. Our goal was to solve all the challenges related to competencies in the shortest possible time. The aim of this activity was to make us aware of what the YouthPass competences were, what the YouthPass is for, how we could fill it in and make it known to others in the dissemination phase and, among other things, to make us reflect on what competences we had developed during the week.
After lunch, we started the afternoon dynamics.
With the aim of remembering the most memorable moments of the project, we were divided into groups of 3-4 and had to develop a skit. The skit had to be about 3 minutes long and summarize the activities and moments experienced during the week. After 30 minutes of preparation, the skits were presented and there was a group reflection in which we shared our favorite moments of the week.
Also, we did a small activity to reflect on our state of mind before coming to the project and after the project. Basically, we had several cards with images/drawings and the objective was for each participant to choose two cards: one that represented us before coming to the project and another that showed how we felt now, at the end of the project. The idea was to then share which images we chose and why. It was a fun activity to share.
After the afternoon break, we began the last activity of the afternoon.
The aim of this activity was to get to know ourselves and others better and to reflect on various important issues.
The activity, led by a participant from the Portuguese team, began with the telling of a story. It was "Jonathan Livingston Seagull: A Story". Halfway through the story, we were asked to light a match and, while it was burning and the flame wasn't disappearing, to say as many things as possible that we wanted to do or that we wanted to be present in our lives.
After an intimate moment of sharing between the participants, the storytelling continued. This activity helped us realize that we should feel comfortable with ourselves and not that others should feel comfortable with us. It also showed us that we should do everything we can to make the "seagull" inside us feel good and not go away. In short, it was a unique sharing activity that allowed us to reflect, learn more about ourselves, others, etc..
After a short break, we proceeded to hand out the YouthPasses, closing out the dynamics programmed for the afternoon.
After dinner, we had the last intercultural evening of the project: the Portuguese intercultural evening.
During the Portuguese intercultural evening, several videos were shown, a presentation was given and a quiz was organized using the Kahoot digital platform. The Portuguese team showed interesting aspects of their culture, talked about curiosities about their country, showed the most interesting aspects of Portugal and answered questions from the other participants. In the end, the intercultural evening ended with a moment of traditional Portuguese dancing and a chance for the other participants to taste traditional Portuguese food and drink.
