ADVANCED PLANNING VISIT

In preparation for the DIVE-IN training course, partner organizations met in Portugal for an Advanced Planning Visit (APV).

The APV gave partners the opportunity to:

• Visit the training venues and accommodation facilities in Paços de Ferreira.

• Review the draft programme and fine-tune the schedule of workshops.

• Clarify responsibilities and roles among partners.

• Plan thematic "homework" for participants, such as bringing examples of creativity and innovation in youth work from their own contexts.

• Set up communication channels, including online meetings and WhatsApp groups, to keep coordination smooth.

This preparatory step created a shared understanding among partners and ensured that the training course could run smoothly, focusing on creativity and innovation as tools in youth work.
